The Joy of Rain

A poem on rain by Shreya Bansal

The Joy of Rain | A poem by Shreya Bansal

Brief Introduction: This beautiful poem written by Shreya Bansal, describes the beauty of rain.

Hurray ! it’s raining today.
The one reason to sway.
Go ahead and raise your face,
To feel the rainfall’s beauty and grace.

The rainfall’s magical touch,
Is indeed a bliss so much.
Look, even the trees are glad,
And the leaves rustling so mad.

Those street children down the lane,
Dancing happily in the rain,
Some are busy making paper boats,
Oh,that happy face when it floats.

People panicked, running to and fro,
It is really an interesting show.
When tired, you come down and see,
Your mummy preparing pakoras and tea!!
