Brief description: Read the poem that touches on points like – Can the harsh reality of life change a person? Can they be reflected in one’s eyes?
He shakes though there is no breeze
At least I can’t feel it on my skin
He cries that there is no time
To explain where he has been
Soft faced, smooth hands and his boot shine so clean
Is there something I should know?
Am I missing something clear?
There is more to life than meets the eye just know
And though my skin has no scars and my lungs maybe clear
Look into my eyes, and tell me do you see fear
Do you see a dark soul?
Corrupt by greed and woe
Do you see the love it felt
When it was white as snow?
