Brief Introduction: This is a short english poem written by Sehajdeep Singh about humans in the dark ages.
Humans are the greatest beings, with an ape’s sight
Strength and resilience they have, reaching new heights.
Yet from the advance of ambitions, they are always in plight
In downright caves they live, getting scared from the light
Moving in clusters, yet always in a fight.
When I, a sailor of life, went to meet them, they only felt fright
They panicked and yelled, to call on for the knights.
Scared, as they were, they started to pray, with their hands joined tight
And began to run here and there, looking for a mud-hole to hide.
