My Prayer | A Short Poem in English | Written by Zaid Nabi

Brief Introduction: This English short poem written by Zaid Nabi is in the form of a prayer. In this, the poet is talking about what he wants his prayer to yield.

Could my prayer civilised, help
me terra firma, with a likelihood,
to be unforeseen enviable, to be extended, with that
mellow, dignified moment once little while, to clap my
eyes, on that conspicuously peach skinned sorcerers.

Could I stand, to land, with a
possibility to be conceded, to
survey a hallucination calm on
my knees, adorned at my conventional best, infront of
the qureola, of that aspiration of my thousand buoyant
dreams, holding a rose, ablaze, and a loop of grass, like
a ring, congregation her eyes, shying…!!!
